Colombia Applicant Criteria

To adopt an older child (36 months and older):
- Couples must be married a minimum of one year.*
- Applicants must be at least 25 years of age.
- One parent must be a U.S. citizen.
- Both parents are required to travel.
- Many older children and sibling groups are available for immediate referral.
*Gladney requirement
You will be required to complete a foreign dossier. The Gladney Center for Adoption will assist you with every step of this process.
