What do you enjoy most about your job? 
Being a part of the process that creates Forever Families. I enjoy the entire journey- PAT class, the home study, finding great families for great kiddos, walking with the family through the selection process, placement, supervision, and standing before the judge at finalization. I genuinely enjoy each aspect of the journey!

Eleven former Texas foster care children now call themselves The Simpson Family, including the pictured younger sibling group of four adopted through Gladney's New Beginnings program.  (Two oldest children not pictured.)  Children and parents John and Harriet are now back in the New Beginnings program, hoping to adopt another sibling group of five into their happy family.  Stay tuned!
