Family for Life - Every adoption is a lifelong journey. Family for Life is about ensuring that our families are cared for and supported through every step of that journey. The Post Adoption Services team brings together parent education and training, clinical support and support resources to enhance the lives of all members of the Gladney family. Our comprehensive and professional services extend far beyond the post adoption services required by law or offered by most other agencies. Most of these services are provided to our clients at no cost.

Once the Gladney adoptee turns 18, the decisions transition from the adoptive parent to the adoptee. Our team also facilitates the Records Requests for birth parents, birth siblings, and adult adoptees as well as provides information on the Central Adoption Registry. We also maintain updated contact information. So if you are a birth parent, adult adoptee or adoptive parent and have moved or your family status has changed, please let us know by completing the Change of Address Form.

tradition and excitement of the Gladney Family Association network of support

The Gladney Family Associations started over 50 years ago to support, nurture and educate Gladney parents and parents-to-be on issues concerning adoption and parenting. Today, that tradition continues for you and your children. GFAs across the country provide parent-to-parent support for adoptive families. GFA events are a great place to build community and to just have fun.
