• 6-8 photos with captions
• Details about the child's health and well-being
• Information on how the family is adjusting

When Are Post-Placement Reports Due?

For adoptions from Hong Kong, reports should be submitted at the following intervals:

• 1 month
• 2 months
• 4 months
• 6 months
